WELCOME BACK TO IN-PERSON WORSHIP!

STOP: If you have previously registered (completed and submitted the form below or called the church with your info), there is no need to register again (re-input your information). However, you will still be required to bring proof of vaccination and follow the check-in process. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

To enter Grace Baptist Church, all MUST BE VACCINATED. Proof of vaccination is required and face masks are MANDATORY. Acceptable forms of vaccination proof include:
NYS Excelsior Pass or your Vaccination Card.

If either of the first two statements apply to you or anyone in your party, please DO NOT attend in-person worship. Instead, please join us via livestream to help keep everyone safe. In addition, if you feel sick or are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, runny nose, loss of taste or smell, etc.), please join us via livestream for worship. It is imperative that we all do our part to keep each other safe. Thank you for your cooperation.
